Cavemount

Spring Bay’s origins began in Cavemount which is located in the vicinity of the Stanley Park and Mindemoya Cave area.   
 
In August 1897 the Cavemount Post Office was established.

The first postmaster was Benjamin Bock, who also operated a mill in Cavemount for a short period of time.
