Spring Bay Lunch


On the same property but a bit to the north as the W.A. McColeman Store, a block building restaurant was built by Dan and Laura W. Scott (nee McColeman) in 1953.

Spring Bay Lunch was a popular place to go on a Saturday or Sunday.

 Spring bay Lunch was noted for their fresh Manitoulin meats, fish dinners and vegetables.

Wagg's Ice Cream was served with homemade pies.

The business closed in 1963 and the family relocated to the Toronto area.
